What we do

Four ways to
work together.

Every engagement is delivered in person and tailored to your organisation's sector, culture, and people. All of it is built to create real, in-the-room behaviour change.

01

Signature Workshops

Workshops that actually change things

90-minute, in-person sessions for cohorts of 10 to 15. Interactive, discussion-led, and built around the specific psychological dynamics that shape performance in high-pressure environments. Participants leave with sharper self-awareness and practical frameworks they can use straight away.

Three core programmes

Designing Your Mind for High Performance

For junior staff

For high-potential team members who under-communicate, avoid difficult conversations, or disengage under pressure. Built around the psychology of performance and self-advocacy in demanding environments.

Leading from the Inside Out

For emerging managers

For newly appointed managers navigating the shift from individual contributor to team leader. Focuses on how internal patterns shape management style, and how to lead with greater consistency and clarity.

Cohesion, Culture and Performance at the Top

For senior teams

For leadership teams facing challenges with alignment, cohesion, or culture. Uses behavioural psychology and systems thinking to surface how collective dynamics shape the performance of the wider organisation.

02

Facilitated Programmes

A series built around your goals

For organisations with a specific development objective, whether a graduate cohort, a management transition, a leadership culture reset, or a founding team scaling fast, we deliver a bespoke programme of two to four sessions across a defined period. You get a clear arc, visible change in how your people communicate and work together, and a facilitator who genuinely understands your context. Previous programmes have covered burnout prevention, psychological safety, and cross-seniority communication.

03

Executive Coaching (1:1)

Individual work for senior people

Coaching for senior leaders, founders, high-potential individuals, and anyone at a professional inflection point. Typically six fortnightly sessions, focused on behaviour under pressure, communication, psychological patterns, and performance. Grounded in behavioural science and trauma-informed practice, delivered with complete confidentiality. Available as a standalone engagement or alongside group work within a wider programme.

04

Keynote Speaking

A voice your people will remember

For leadership conferences, away days, and staff events. Topics include the psychology of high performance, communication under pressure, authenticity in professional leadership, and generosity as a performance strategy. Recent engagements include the ZAG Conference 2024 and the Hult Business School Women in Business Conference 2026.
